Yes for Eurail passholders a special service can be offered at an Aide Office in the country in which the pass is valid and if they are not able to go back to the original sales point or Issuing agency. An exchange can be granted when incorrect information is entered by the issuing agency. In some cases we are able to update the mobile pass directly to update information.
For all other exchange requests please consult directly with the sales outlet or issuing agency: Most passes are exchangeable for another country or global pass if requests are made prior to using the pass. If the exchange causes a rate decrease, you will be charged a $25 service fee and a refund will be issued for the difference.
